CELEBRATION IN HONOR OF JUSTICE ROBERT BENHAM, RECENT RETIREE OF THE SUPREME COURT OF GEORGIA

Join us on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the Booth Western Art Museum’s Bergman Theatre for an event honoring Justice Robert Benham’s years of service to the state of Georgia.

Presentations and Discussion

Guests should arrive and go directly to the Booth Western Art Museum. The event will start with brief presentations from the City of Cartersville and Bartow County, and State Representative Matthew Gambill. Following the presentations, local attorney, David Archer, and long-time friend, Donald Jones will hold a discussion with Justice Benham.

Reception

Finally, the evening will end with a reception at the Bartow History Museum at 7:30 p.m. During the reception, attendees are invited to visit the temporary exhibit called, “From Summer Hill to the Halls of Justice: Robert Benham’s Journey to the Supreme Court of Georgia. The exhibit features items from the Bartow History Museum’s collection and items on loan from the Benham’s themselves.
