Be It Resolved, that the late, Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr., served faithfully and most professionally as a one of the founding trustees and of the Official Board Director of the Noble Hill – Wheeler Memorial Center, located at 2361 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cassville, Bartow County, Georgia.
Be it resolved that Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. held Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center with high standards and regards as the first Rosenwald-Funded School in Northwest Georgia built specifically for the Education of Black Children and; Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. was inspirational in submitting documents and necessary forms that enabled Noble Hill School to be placed on the National Historical Register.
Be It resolved that Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. was a man of vision, a teacher, friend, and a leader in the community, church, schools, clubs and organizations. He was very knowledgeable within his personal and professional calling; and without notice he could expound on the vastness of History and with special emphasis on the uniqueness of the Noble Hill School.
Be It Resolved that Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. was a man who loved the Lord. He was a humanitarian and never thought that he was better than his colleagues, alumni, peers, associates or other individuals. Indeed, he was unique, a very independent person who would perform any given task and challenge others to follow their dream and help someone along the way.
Be it Resolved that The Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center has lost a Dedicated and Devoted Official Board Member, a confident leader, a dear friend and a strong supporter. Truly, Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr., treasured his position and he took pride in sharing the Noble Hill School Story.
Be It Resolved that the Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Foundation Board and Staff hearts are saddened with the passing of our beloved Official Board Member, Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. Truly, we mourn with profound sadness and feel your loss and sorrow, as we express our heartfelt sympathy, love and prayers to the Beavers Family and the Community.
Sadly, Be It Resolved, that God in His infinite wisdom saw fit to remove from our midst our beloved Official Board Member, Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. on Friday, February 9, 2018. Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. answered the call from God with this scripture in his heart, “One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.” Psalms 27:4.
Now Therefore. Let It Be Resolved. In Witness Whereof that on this date: Saturday, February 17, 2018 that the Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center under the leadership of Reverend Louise Young Harris, the Residing Official Board of Directors and Staff do testify with prayers, love and fellowship that this Resolution is extended with honor and heartfelt sympathy to Mrs. Deloris Beavers, the children and grand children, affirming that their beloved husband, father, and grandfather , Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. was an outstanding Official Board of Director for the Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center.
Finally. Be It Resolved that as of this said date: Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. has completed his course as an outstanding Official Board of Director of the Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center and that his memories are hereby charted along with the precious memories of other sojourners; and that the passing of Mr. Allen Beavers, Jr. is Heaven’s gain and there is a human tie that has been broken which bleeds our hearts in agony and pain as we express our sympathy, love, prayers and sincere condolences. This Resolution is humbly submitted by the Noble Hill-Wheeler Memorial Center Foundation Board of Directors and Staff.
